Peter Harrison's Middle Eastern pop-up Restaurant

We are delighted to welcome back to Glemham 2018 the eminent chef Peter Harrison who will be cooking with his team a delicious  Middle Eastern inspired menu for lunch on Saturday 5th May - Monday 7th May in the dining marquee which has been styled by creative duo , Andrea Clark and Amber Swinn from Swinn and Clark venue stylists.

MAIN COURSE

(A main course includes a choice of 2 from the main course list below, a choice of 2 salads, mint yogurt and flatbread)

Grilled Sutton Hoo Za'atar chicken skewer

 Lamb skewer pomegranate and sumac glaze 

Aleppo pepper and coriander labneh, hummus (V)

Baked spiced aubergine, chickpeas and spinach (V) (Ve)

SALADS

 Moroccan carrot salad, mint, toasted seeds

Cous cous, quinoa, lemon, herbs, pomegranate and sprouting broccoli
